Enjoying some beach time in Culross Bay, a great place for a fire and lots of fun stuff for Caleb to explore.

Roll 128 - 69

Then it was Daddy's turn, this dime bright king was taken trolling along a secret area many hundreds of miles from anywhere!

I love the hue as the sun shines on these beauties, I will be looking back on this day many times this winter with pleasure and anticipation for the next season.

One fish for each of us.

Roll 128 - 91
A White King, the first I have ever caught - the meat tastes awesome. White kings are identical to other king salmon in appearance, however the flesh is a pearly white and extremely flavorful.

Roll 128 - 92
Let the work begin, I really enjoy processing fish - just the idea of stocking up on such fine fare for the rest of the year is appealing to me.

Roll 128 - 93
Granny Linda, watching Joshua as the work progresses, she really like the taste of the White King.

Roll 128 - 94
Granny Linda's special home made brownies - my total weakness.

Roll 128 - 96
White King Fillets.

Roll 128 - 97
Getting strips ready for the smoker, I have a new aluminum smoker that I have been putting to good use - this stuff is like candy.

Roll 128 - 98
Maybe the Brown Sugar has something to do with the good flavor!

Roll 128 - 102
A couple smoker loads and some for the freezer - what a great trip.
